At Uptown Natural Care Center we know one's health is extremely important. Typically a major part of that equation is proper nutrition. That's why at our clinic we sell nutritional supplements that are of the highest quality from a company called Pure Encapsulations. As part of our ongoing commitment to help those who are less fortunate we are working on a very special project through UNICEF called Project Sprinkles.
Known as "Chispitas" in Latin America, Sprinkles are a unique way of getting vulnerable children the nutrients they need to survive and thrive. A blend of micronutrients -- like iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc and folic acid in powder form -- Sprinkles come in small packets (much like sugar packets) and are easily sprinkled on food at home.
